After much deliberation, the Great White has changed its cancellation policy (see below)! As a fishing charter company, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise. That being said, I believe that it is the right of the customer to cancel at anytime for any reason and not be required to pay a fee.
- If a customer would like to cancel their booking for any reason, we request at least a 24 hour notice as a fair warning that the day will now be open for me, the captain, to schedule other appointments or last minute charters.
- To receive a full refund if you have already paid, you just have to send an email or message to let me know. I will process the refund as soon as I possibly can.
- In the event that we need to cancel a trip due to weather, mechanical, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to reschedule their trip or receive a full refund.
- If the cancellation is due to something on my end, I will give a 10% discount for the current balance of all days needing to be rescheduled. (note: discounts can stack, EX: 10% preseason booking and 10% charter reschedule).
- On the opposite end, If you do not cancel ahead and you do not show up for your charter, A 20% No show fee will be withheld from the refund amount. The refund will then be processed automatically as soon as possible. You do not need to contact for a refund if you did not show up for the charter.
- In the event there was an emergency and you were unable to make it to the charter and were unable to call, please email, Message, or call me to relay the information and I will refund the remainder of the balance as soon as possible.
